Privacy notice
This notice explains which data we process when you visit theailab.ch, use the AI Audit from your phone or have a consultation in the store, and what rights you have. Legal basis: the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, for companies in the European Union, the GDPR.

Data we process on the site
Necessary technical data (IP address, pages viewed, an anonymous session identifier), the data you enter in forms (name, email, company, phone, message) and the origin of the visit (utm parameters of the campaign that brought you here). We use no third-party cookies without your consent.
AI Audit from your phone (/start)
The answers you give the AI consultant are saved in structured form (sector, volumes, tools, activities, problems, goals) together with the transcript of the conversation, to prepare your report. Answers may be processed by a language-model provider (Anthropic) that does not use them to train its models. No audio.
In-store AI consultation
The in-store consultation uses an AI assistant. What you say is transcribed to text to prepare your business analysis and a proposal; audio is not recorded. The transcript and analysis are kept by [TITOLARE] for 12 months, unless you ask for deletion at [EMAIL PRIVACY]. The consultant in the room can read the transcript during the session. Providers used: speech transcription, speech synthesis and language model [DA CONFERMARE] (final names once chosen).
Why we process data
To answer your requests, prepare the report and the proposal, set appointments, measure which campaigns work and, only if you chose so, send you news from the store.
For how long
Contact and appointment requests for 24 months from the last contact; AI Audit and consultation sessions for 12 months, then anonymised; measurement events for 24 months in anonymous form.
Who we share it with
Technical providers working for us (hosting in Europe, email delivery, language models) under contracts that forbid their own use. No sale of data. Leads may be managed in our company CRM.
Your rights
Access, rectification, deletion, export of your data and withdrawal of consent at any time: write to [EMAIL PRIVACY]. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, your supervisory authority.
AI transparency
When you talk to an AI assistant, on the site or in the store, we tell you before starting. No decision about you is taken solely by an automated system: every proposal goes through a person.
